When the UK-based modern home and lifestyle magazine Living Etc ventured across the pond to New York for inspiration, they had to come to see the Brooklyn home of Flavor founder Jon Sherman. Converting the 1929 building from a garage and car park to “four floors of fabulousness” was not an easy task, but the resulting swanky pad that crowns the Flavor Lair is a truly a cut above. The three bedroom and three bathroom home is complete with a custom DJ booth, gym, and roof top terrace. All this style and an elevator commute to the office? Most clever, indeed!
