To really get a feel for why our wallcoverings are so unique, you gotta see them, touch them, and even smell them. So, filming a TV spot while social distancing required some ingenuity…as well as an iPad, piles of pictures and an excellent editor who was drinking our Kool-Aid to produce a piece that captures how we put the Flavor into our paper. Cue the krewe from CUNY-TV who did just that with a virtual visit to The Lair for a behind-the-scenes look at how we cook up our handscreened and digital designs for their ‘Arts in the City’ program. It profiles the players and makers that create NYC’s one-of-a-kind culture, and man we’re honored to be up in the mix. From technique and technology talk, to a deep dive into our origins, offering and outstanding partnerships, no topic was left on the table. Well, some of course were left on the cutting room floor, but we think this segment serves up a sweet shot of what we do and why we love what we do. Dig in...we’re up first!
